Lee obtained a Distinction in the LLM in International Commercial Law at UCL, where he read the modules Carriage of Goods by Sea, Commercial Remedies, and International and Commercial Trusts Law. His research interests lie at the intersection of commercial law, remedies, and technology, which led to his dissertation titled “The Principle of Remoteness and its Application to Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships.”
